2020 has been a challenge to say the least, but here we are!
We are very excited and eager to kick off the 2020-2021 Fundraising Season with all of our amazing groups! We have implemented some new fundraising initiatives to make sure that we operate safely, efficiently, and maximize your sales this year!
What’s New?
Building on the success of our SaPayNow and Support Our Group programs, we have taken another step forward in the digital fundraising realm.
With current Covid-19 climates across the country we knew that it was vital to provide opportunities for our groups to continue to raise funds, and looked to past success for the plan of the future. We are happy to announce that we will be offering Contactless Fundraising this year for all of our groups.
How Does Contactless Fundraising Work?
Contactless fundraising will allow all of our groups to fund raise this year. Whether you are a school, church, organization, team, troop, or any group looking to fund raise, we have a solution for you. We will continue to offer the SaveAround Fundraising Coupon Books, First Aid Kits, Apparel and other products as well.
All you have to do is get in contact with a member of our team who will walk you through the digital options. This includes options such as a custom website for your group, full social media campaign templates, email and text templates, and a full guide to make your sale successful!
When your supporters purchase a book, the book will be shipped directly to them. No need for you to hand deliver the books. The sale will be credited to your account, and at the end of your sale SaveAround will send you a check for your sale. No need to count books sold, track down lost books, or worry about payments, we have all of that handled for you!
Additionally, one of our Fundraising Specialists will walk you through every step of the process, and always be in your corner to provide you with an excellent fundraising experience.
How Long will this process and the sale take?
Our team can have your online portal and fundraising kit ready in one business day. We know that windows may be tight, and we are ready to meet your needs.
The sale itself typically takes 2-3 weeks, but if more time is needed for your group we will work with you. The first week usually consists of compiling your supporters list, sending out your social media collateral, contacting and asking for support. Then the following 1-2 weeks you remind your supporters of your fundraising goals, thank them for their support, and check the status of your sales via the web portal, and with your fundraising representative. When you feel you have had a successful fundraising just let us know and we will send the payment. It’s that Easy! No need to worry about a mass shipment of books either!
